Customer Service Representative
Janessa grew up in San Jose and later relocated to the Brentwood area. She previously worked different service jobs—including fast food—but has always loved animals and wanted to work with them more closely in the medical field. She joined our receptionist team in 2021 and has been helping clients and their pets with excellent service since then. Janessa has two dogs, a German Shepherd named Rosie and a pocket pitbull named Malo. When she's not working, Janessa loves playing soccer and working out.
